You said that you wonder if that is the problem. But didn't say what the problem was. Your high pressure fuel line isn't suppose to be lose like that so you will need to clamp it down, but if it isn't leaking or coming off completely than I don't think it would cause any problem yet! Q:Is there any fuel leaks? Q:Can you start the engine and if you can how does it run?
Tip: Most fuel problems are with the fuel pump or filters.
