The Air Force Museum! We shall visit tomorrow after breakfast (of course!). We are staying in the Wright Patterson Hotel (apparently, it's a Best Western in disguise, because that's what it said on my receipt) and it was the third place we stopped at.
Now we know why it was difficult getting a room online because it was also difficult getting one in person. It turns out we picked a terrible weekend to visit as there is a convention in town--a WatchTower convention! Yep, you guessed it! The Dayton area is beset by (as Yakov Smirnov put it) 'the intergalactic scourge of the universe: the Jehovah's Witness!'.
Seriously, they are pleasant folks and we shouldn't have any trouble getting some good sleep--which means I need to sign off for tonight.

I don't think there is room on this whole blog sight to tell "All" about your adventures in Dayton. But it will be fun to see your report.

Well, we have been unable to connect until now due to storms. As a result, I have no time to post pics. Perhaps later.
Know this though: We have spent lots of time at the museum and still plan to go back tomorrow morning to try and finish it up. We have not skimped on the picture taking, but I lament not having the time to show them to you.
As soon as we feel we are finished with the Air Force Museum, we will move on to Gettysburg tomorrow.
So much to see and do....what a dilemma! ;-)
