CALM AND BRIGHT

"....All is calm; All is bright...." I am alone in a very quiet house where even the walls are relaxing from all the energy being expended just a short time ago. Chris and Sharlin and five elves of various sizes left a little earlier after an unusual but charming presentation of the Christmas Story. April is working on that for all of you. The weather was nice enough for walks and playing outside. With promises of cupcakes afterward all were gathered around the piano for some festive caroling (more festive than musical in some cases). Now it is so quiet that my typing sounds noisy. The brightness is made up of all the lights on the outside of the house as well as lots of Christmas trimmings around inside. Your dad/Gary left to take some Christmas cheer in the form of cupcakes and cookies to a home teaching family. Other deliveries will be on Tuesday night. Love you all and hope you will find ways to brighten the Christmas celebration with service and Love to those around us. It makes a world of difference in a sometimes indifferent world.
