Just a brief report on Ashlynn's birthday. We had pancakes for breakfast, which nobody ate-- except the Dad. The others all preferred cereal, so that tradition will go by the wayside. Grandma Joyce went to school with Ashlynn and brought cupcakes and balloons. After school, they prepped for a party. Dad brought home Pizza Hut. (We're big fans of the $5 pizza.) After dinner, we played some games that Ashlynn had prepared (pin the tail..., etc.), and chased them down with presents and cake. What a party!

The mom was supposed to go to school but was home sick!
How do moms get homesick? It sure is great to have closeby grandmas! Anyway hope you are all doing better. That sure is a great celebration!
